No Cold Calling Zone

Another long-standing scheme came to fruition in March 2013 with the designation of the sheltered housing complex from Buttery Well to Cross Lane as Kirkbarrow’s first No Cold Calling Zone, thanks to the efforts of both Cumbria Trading Standards and South Lakes Housing.
